Abstract

Gistologik sirlardan zamonaviy transplantologiya cho‘qqilarigacha. Ushbu maqolada inson organizmining "tirik poydevori" bo‘lmish suyak to‘qimasining murakkab mikroskopik dunyosi tahlil qilinadi. Muallif suyakning asosiy "muhandislari" — osteoblastlar, osteotsitlar va osteoklastlarning o‘zaro hamkorligi qanday qilib suyak mustahkamligini ta’minlashi, shuningdek, intramembranoz va enxondral osteogenez jarayonlarining mohiyatini ochib beradi. Maqolaning markaziy qismi zamonaviy tibbiyotning eng og‘riqli nuqtalaridan biri — suyak transplantologiyasi va global muammo hisoblangan osteoporozga bag‘ishlangan. Ayniqsa, demineralizatsiyalangan suyak kukunidan foydalanish orqali osteogenezni stimullash usuli va uning klinik amaliyotdagi inqilobiy ahamiyati yoritilgan. Maqola shifokorlar, talabalar va o‘z salomatligiga befarq bo‘lmagan keng kitobxonlar ommasi uchun qimmatli manba bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
