Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada o‘pkaning (pulmo) anatomik va gistologik tuzilishi hamda unga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy tashqi omillar — havo ifloslanishi, chekish, allergenlar va iqlim o‘zgarishining ta’siri tahlil qilindi. O‘pkaning makroanatomik tuzilishi, bronx daraxti va alveolalar tizimi, shuningdek, pneumocytus typus I va pneumocytus typus II hujayralarining funksional ahamiyati yoritildi. Tashqi omillarning alveolalar, epiteliy va interstitsial to‘qimaga ta’siri natijasida yuzaga keladigan yallig‘lanish, fibroz va gaz almashinuvi buzilish jarayonlari ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida bayon etildi. Tadqiqot natijalari tashqi omillar o‘pkaning morfofunksional holatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini va respirator kasalliklarning rivojlanishida muhim rol o‘ynashini ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu ish o‘pka salomatligini saqlash va profilaktik choralarni ishlab chiqishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
