ISHEMIK INSULT DIAGNOSTIKASINING ZAMONAVIY USULLARI VA BOSHQARUV STRATEGIYALARI

Maqolada insultning klinik belgilari, xususan, yuz va tana a’zolari karaxtligi hamda nutq buzilishi simptomlari tahlil qilinadi. Diagnostika jarayonida qon ketishini aniqlovchi KT (NCCT) va ASPECTS tizimining o‘rni, shuningdek, ishemik insult tashxisida "oltin standart" hisoblangan MRTning DWI usuli imkoniyatlari batafsil ko‘rib chiqilgan. Texnologik innovatsiyalar, jumladan, "insult soati" va sun’iy intellektga asoslangan "Aidoc" dasturiy ta’minotining amaliyotga tatbiqi masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Mazkur raqamli yechimlar diagnostika vaqtini qisqartirishi va shifokorlar ishining aniqligini oshirib, bemorlarga tezkor yordam ko‘rsatish samaradorligini kafolatlashi ko‘rsatilgan.
