Mazkur maqolada tog‘li hududlarda zamonaviy turar joy majmualarini rivojlantirishda arxitektura-rejaviy yechimlar hamda transport infratuzilmasining iqtisodiy integratsiyasi masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot davomida tog‘li hududlarning relef xususiyatlari, transport-logistika tizimlari va turar joy infratuzilmasining arxitektura-rejaviy tamoyillari tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, transport infratuzilmasini optimallashtirish, muhandislik kommunikatsiyalarini samarali joylashtirish hamda iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan texnik-iqtisodiy yondashuvlar baholandi. Tadqiqot natijasida tog‘li hududlarda barqaror turar joy muhitini shakllantirishga xizmat qiluvchi arxitektura, transport va iqtisodiy integratsiya modeli taklif etildi. Olingan natijalar zamonaviy turar joy majmualarini rejalashtirish va infratuzilmani rivojlantirishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
