This study examines the importance of boxing training in improving overall health and functional capabilities. Boxing is an effective form of physical activity that enhances cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, coordination, agility, balance, and reaction time. Regular boxing training also contributes to weight management, stress reduction, and mental well-being by increasing self-confidence and discipline. Furthermore, it supports the development of functional fitness, enabling individuals to perform daily activities more efficiently while reducing the risk of chronic diseases. The findings emphasize that boxing training can be successfully integrated into health promotion and physical education programs to improve both physical and psychological performance.
