Abstract

1,3,4-oksadiazol — besh a’zoli geterotsiklik qo‘shimcha halqa bo‘lib, uning ikki azot va bir kislorod atomi tibbiy kimyo va dorivor moddalar dizaynida muhim strukturaga ega. So‘nggi o‘n yil ichida bu yadroga ega bo‘lgan birikmalarning turli farmakologik yo‘nalishlardagi faolligi keng o‘rganilgan va ularning dorivor potentsiali mustahkamlab tasdiqlangan. Ushbu sharhli maqolada 2015-2025-yillar oralig‘ida e’lon qilingan ilmiy ma’lumotlar asosida 1,3,4-oksadiazol hosilalarining biologik faolligi va ularning tibbiyotdagi qo‘llanilish imkoniyatlari tizimli tahli qilinadi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, 1,3,4-oksadiazol yadrosi birikmalarga yetarlicha lipofillik, elektronsovutarlik va turli biologik nishonlar bilan mustahkam bog‘lanish qobiliyatini beradi. Ushbu birikmalar antimikrob, antivirus, antitumor, yallig‘lanishga qarshi, antidiabetik, antioksidant va neyroprotektiv kabi xususiyatlarni namoyon qiladi. Ayniqsa, ularning rakka qarshi faolligi dihidrofolat reduktaza, tirozin kinaza, tubulin va boshqa fermentlarni ingibirlash orqali amalga oshirilishi, ularni yangi antikanser vositalari sifatida rivojlantirish uchun istiqbolli yo‘nalishga aylantirmoqda. Shuningdek, 1,3,4-oksadiazol birikmalari qandli diabet, alogibatli kasalliklar va turli xil infeksion kasalliklarga qarshi samarali terapiya sifatida qo‘llanilishi mumkinligi aniqlangan. Ushbu maqola yadroning strukturasi va uning hosilalarining farmakologik xususiyatlari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni (QSAR), sintez usullarini va klinik sinov bosqichida bo‘lgan birikmalarni o‘rganadi. Ma’lumotlar tahlili shuni ko‘rsatadiki, 1,3,4-oksadiazol yangi, samarali va kam yon ta’sirga ega bo‘lgan dorilarni ishlab chiqish uchun qimmatli platformani taqdim etadi. [1]
