Abstract

Ruhiy salomatlikning jahon miqyosidagi muammoga aylanganligi, ayniqsa, anksiyete (bezovtalik) kasalligining keng tarqalishi yangi va samarali terapevtik vositalarni izlash zaruratini tug‘dirmoqda. Geterotsiklik halqalarni o‘z ichiga olgan organik birikmalar bu sohadagi eng istiqbolli moddalar guruhlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu murakkab sharhli maqola 2015-2025-yillarda chop etilgan zamonaviy ilmiy tadqiqotlarga tayanib, turli xil geterotsiklik tizimlarni (masalan, benzodiazepin, pirimidinol, triazol, pirazol, izoxazol, xinazolinon va boshqalar) o‘z ichiga olgan birikmalarning anksiolitik potentsialini tizimli tahsil qilishga qaratilgan. Maqolada ushbu birikmalarning markaziy asab tizimidagi turli neyrotransmitter tizimlari, ayniqsa GABA-ergik, serotonergik va glutamatergik tizimlar bilan o‘zaro ta’siri molekulyar darajada tahlil qilinadi. Ko‘rib chiqilgan maqsadli birikmalarning farmakologik faolligi, ularning turli hayvon modellarida (sichqon, kalamush) o‘rganilgan psixotrop ta’sirlari, shuningdek, ularning selekktivligi, nojo‘ya ta’sirlari va ehtimoliy klinik ahamiyati yoritiladi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, an’anaviy benzodiazepinlarga muqobil bo‘lgan yangi geterotsiklik birikmalarni loyihalash va sintez qilish orqali nojo‘va ta’sirlar (sedatsiya, miya faolligini susaytirish, qaramlik) kamaygan, lekin anksiolitik samaradorligi yuqori bo‘lgan terapevtik agentlarga erishish mumkin. Xususan, alifatik zanjirdagi modifikatsiyalar va geterotsiklik halqaning o‘rniga turli funksional guruhlarni kiritish selekktivlikni oshirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqola neyrokimyo, farmakologiya va tibbiyot kimyo fanlari chorrahasida amalga oshirilgan izlanishlarning umumiy holatini aks ettirib, anksiyete kasalligini davolashda yangi yo‘nalishlar uchun asos yaratadi.
