Drawing upon contemporary theories of educational management and empirical evidence from global case studies, the research delineates methodological frameworks for implementing effective strategic planning in universities. The study further explores the impact of strategic alignment on academic quality, resource utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction, emphasizing the significance of evidence-based approaches in institutional governance.
