GASTROINTESTINAL INVOLVEMENT IN RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS: CLINICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF GASTROPATHY

In our study we studied pathology of upper gastrointestinal tract in 74 patients with rheumatoid arthritis: dyspepsia, endoscope findings of upper gastrointestinal mucosa, acidity of the stomach and esophagus. Our data showed a high rate of dyspepsia and endoscope changes in rheumatoid arthritis patients in comparison with control group.
