DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND SOCIAL CHANGES: OPPORTUNITIES, RISKS, AND ECONOMIC IMPACTS
Abstract
This article analyzes the impact of digital technologies on modern economic systems, labor markets, education, healthcare, and social life. While rapid digital transformation improves the quality of human life, it also gives rise to new social issues such as digital divides, security risks, ethical challenges, and psychological problems. The article highlights the advantages and risks of the digital economy and offers recommendations for mitigating them based on data from international and local organizations.
