This scientific article explores the issues of improving the organizational and economic mechanism of corporate governance in the banking system through a comprehensive approach. The study analyzes the institutional foundations of corporate governance in banks, the economic relations between management bodies, mechanisms ensuring the balance of interests, and their impact on financial stability. According to the research findings, modernizing the organizational and economic mechanism in banks can enhance management efficiency, reduce risks, and strengthen investor confidence. The article provides scientific and practical recommendations for improving corporate governance in banking activities.
